Please note that our products are virtual, and no physical delivery is involved. Upon agreement on the business terms, we will share the necessary files and information with you. All discussions regarding terms will take place before the commencement of any project.
2. Refund Policy:
As a service-based agency, Webuncles – a Group of IT Experts does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a project begins, resources and efforts are allocated accordingly. If there are changes to your development or design requirements, additional fees may apply at our standard rates. We encourage clear communication to avoid misunderstandings and ensure the successful delivery of your project.
3. Maintenance for Your Digital Product:
Our digital products often involve licensed components, and we aim to provide ongoing support to our customers. However, please be aware that maintenance is not included for free. As digital products depend on various third parties such as hosting providers, SEO teams, and others, additional maintenance services may incur separate charges. We are committed to assisting you, and any maintenance terms will be discussed and agreed upon as part of your project agreement.
4. Intellectual Property:
Webuncles – a Group of IT Experts retains the intellectual property rights to all design, development, and other work produced during the project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Upon completion and full payment, clients are granted a license to use the delivered product for its intended purpose.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
Efficient communication is vital for the success of any project. We expect clients to actively participate in the collaboration process, provide timely feedback, and adhere to agreed-upon timelines. Delays caused by a lack of client response may impact project schedules and deadlines.
6. Confidentiality:
All information shared during the course of the project, including but not limited to business strategies, ideas, and proprietary information, will be treated as confidential. Webuncles – a Group of IT Experts agrees not to disclose or use this information for any purpose other than the project at hand.
7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
